Site Visit(on site- 1 ½ hr): Together, we will schedule a time to visit the venue you choose to discuss layout, floor diagrams, design options, and rain plans if needed. We will work with the venue to provide those things to you by email as well.
Design meeting(1 ½ hr): After your venue has been chosen, we have visited the site and talked over the layout, we will have our design meeting. In this meeting, we will help you pick your linens, lighting, furniture rentals if needed, and any other special branding touches we may want to add.
Finalization Meeting(1 ½ hr): We will have our final meeting approximately one month before your wedding date to go over your checklist, tie up any loose ends with vendors, and talk through rehearsal and ceremony details. This meeting will allow you to take a deep breath and enjoy your remaining time of engagement knowing all the details are taken care of!
